Makeup review: Lioele Beyond the Solution BB cream

Lioele is a Korean brand that produces super cute cosmetics every girl would love to have! This bb cream is my third product from Lioele! You can read my first review on their eyeshadow and eyeliner here.

And if you are wondering which store is the best to get your Lioele products from I recommend you to visit keautystore.com! They only carry a few selected Korean cosmetics brands but they have a huge selection of items from every brand available. :)

Compared to my Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream this one has much thicker texture, however it doesn't feel bad on my skin and ends up looking very natural.

It covers redness, evens the skintone and looks natural adapting the color of my skin, (generally all bb creams do that). However there's a small difference on how well they cover dark circles under eyes.

Exept for light eye make-up no concealer ect. is added.

Other than that it's still a pretty good bb cream although I've read that Lioele Triple the Solution is a slightly better updated version of it. (Costing more too, of course.)

It claims to have floral scent which in my opinion feels more like gingerbread. It's weird because I've never seen anyone mentioning it before - am i the only one? Anyway, I got used to it after a while.

Ingredient wise this bb cream seems to be very good including natural oils like jojoba and macadamia nut oil which provide moisture and soothe your skin.

+ Comes in a 50 ml tube while some bb creams are only available to buy in 30ml tubes
+ Good coverage.
+ Worth the price. (Will also last long.)
+ Adapts skin tone well, looks natural.
+ Doesn't feel heavy on skin!
+ Cute packaging

- No UV protection. I prefer bb creams and foundations that already have UV protection so I don't have to buy a ton of different products.
- Comes in one tone.
- Pump sometimes doesn't work. Okay, actually it happened only once!

Overall it's a great product for everyday use! My skin feels extremely soft ever since I switched from foundations to bb creams so I do suggest getting one!

  2. This looks really nice!I think my BB cream smells weird. It doesn't smell bad but in my opinion it kind of smells like crackers. Like floral crackers or something. Those lenses are Princess Mimis right? They look great on your light eyes!

  3. I love this BB cream too! I used to use it all the time however sometimes it created a grey, washed out effect. the packaging is very cute though (why I was drawn to it! XD)

  6. My BB cream is about to end, and I already got excited abt this one and then -DANG!- no UV fliter ;c ! (I'm picky about UV filters ;). Have you tried Missha BB cream (It's the one I have been using and I think it's reasonably ok, but in the other hand I haven't got many to compare).

    xx

    3. Yea, I've actually heard you should start wrinkle care very early :O My bb cream and face cream both have wrinkle care function as well, but I'm not really sure if I need it yet~~

  9. This BB gets a lot of coverage, it's pretty popular. I loved it while I was using it but then after trying others.. it didn't seem as nice. I found that it oxidized as well. I personally prefer spf in my bb cream too!
