Essence 'Express Dry Drops' - Does It Really Work?

Many of us are far too familiar with the struggle of waiting for the nail polish to try. Which is why I couldn't possibly resist trying this product called Essence Nail Art Express Dry Drops when I noticed it at the store. It claims to dry nail polish within seconds and costs almost nothing, so I figured it's worth a try.

Does it work? The anwser is: yes! I feel like it doesn't magically dry nail polish within 5 seconds, but it's still very useful. Especially if you are anything like me and apply at least 3 coats of polish: 2 coats of color and some fun glitter on top.

Normally, 3 coats of nail polish takes forever to dry, but with these dry drops the progress is definitely less painful and I actually managed to not mess up my manicure on ANY FINGER. Now, that's an accomplishment!

Lastly, my current favourite nail polish combination is: Essence The Gel Nail Polish #05 Sweet as Candy + Etude House Minnie in the Nails #3 Minnie White Face (LE. Similar here.) + Essence Nail Art Express Dry Drops.

Have you tried quick dry nail drops already?

    1. It is! I'm so sad this was LE, it will be hard to find a replacement that's just as cute! :(

And you should totally try these quick dry drops. They are so cheap too! :)

  2. i love essence makeup products, but i find that their nail polishes tend to peel of quite easily...or is it just me?! @@

    1. It's probably not only you! I thought they would stay on longer too, since they are advertised as "gel nail polish" and all. :D Their performance is OK for the price tho, and ever since I started using these dry drops, the polish somehow seems to stay on for longer too!
