The Only Guide You Need To Bright Beautiful Eyes

Having bright, beautiful eyes is a sign of beauty, health and happiness. Eyes are also the first feature to get noticed by other people. Therefore, eye care should be an important step in any beauty regimen. If you’d like to have bright, beautiful eyes, look no further than this guide!

Healthy Food And Exercise

Healthy food and exercise are the key to health in just about any area of your life. If you fill your diet with sugar, saturated fat and other nasty stuff, it's going to show. Your eyes may become dull and lose their sparkle. Eating plenty of vegetables and healthy fats as well as getting active when you can will make your eyes look alive!

Minimize Alcohol

Alcohol can cause all kinds of eye problems. You might find yourself with discolored or even bloodshot eyes. Having the odd alcoholic drink every now and then is fine, but binge drinking will do you harm in the long run. Don’t overdo it if you want your eyes to light up your face.

Get Plenty of Sleep

Don’t sleep your days away, but do make sure you’re getting plenty of rest. You may need anywhere from 6-9 hours a night. Too little sleep will leave you feeling exhausted, however sleeping too much will not do you any good either. Work on perfecting your body clock and get into a healthy sleep cycle to have bright sparkling eyes.

Eye Drops

Need a little extra help? Eye drops could be a good solution. However, you should always read reviews on something like this before you put them into your eyes. Or check the ingredients. If you experience any kind of irritation, stop using them immediately.

Eye Creams And Patches

Special eye creams and patches could minimize and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. However, they could also brighten and lift your eye area! You can purchase eye creams for just about any skin type and age these days. Eye patches are a great boost too, as you usually just position them under your eyes and let them work their magic.

White Cat Eye Balm

Eye Treatments

There are also certain eye treatments you can get if you want brighter, more beautiful eyes. However, it’s recommended that you research a company and procedure first, before you set your heart on it. You really can’t be too careful when it comes to your face. There are also people like Bel Red Cosmetic Surgery eyelid surgeon Dr. Jan Zemplenyi, who can recommend the right treatment for you.

Wear Makeup That Suits Your Eyes

Lastly, wear the right makeup to suit your eyes and choose the colors based on your own eye color. If you are wearing false eyelashes, make sure to choose a set that suits your eye shape. Curling your lashes before applying mascara helps a lot too! Never use anybody else’s makeup or share your own products, though, as it can be unhygienic.

All of these tips will help you to achieve brighter, more beautiful eyes in no time. If you know any other tips you swear by, make sure to comment below!

  4. I don't know how much my eyes need a new cream. I used an eye serum for a while, until I noticed that my eyelids look oily, but if I didn't use something other than a moisturizer, they were dry and crusty. This post was different to read :) xx

    1. I've never tried an eye serum, but I love the White Cat eye balm I was sent by BNT News! :) I don't even know how I'd do my makeup without it, my under eye area would look horrible haha!
